dayton Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 I think it'll take PNG's best effort all year on D to win this one.... duh, I guess, it's the 3rd round.Either Manvel by 14 or PNG by 3. I hope it's the latter.
Guest cheese Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 LaMarque beat Manvel this year. We should have a good idea of how things will go in this round.Dayton vs. LaMarquePNG vs. Manvel
KFDM COOP Posted November 21, 2010 Author Report Posted November 21, 2010 Manvel did beat TX City 46-15 earlier this year i believe.

bruinfan2006 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Wonder who will be the home team?
PNG Proud Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Manvel is Bad A, no doubt. But, beatable. We'll have to play error-free football, and the D will indeed have to have their best game of the yr.
pngfan66 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 I've heard they are a heavy passing team.

mikehoncho Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 if the stars align, I would love to see a Reg III final w/ Dayton and PNG...

Seem to run more to slow the pass rush and keep you honest but try to make most of their plays in the passing game.

I've just seen it on some other boards prior to this week's games.

No doubt they do have a good team and there aren't going to be anymore easy games.
NDNWarrior Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Gonna be a tough game for sure. We have to play the best we've ever played on both sides of the ball to win this one. But, I feel the Indians can do it. Remember, not too long ago, just about EVERYBODY had PNG counted out from even making the playoffs...but look at where we are now. Our guys go out there and play with a lot of heart, pride, and honor. Keep up the good work, fellas....you make us PROUD!
vigil Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Unless PN-G tightens up on defense, it's gonna be hard to win this one. But, heck, one never knows. ;)

Heck, even Santa Fe beat them towards the end.
warpaint101 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Heck if we can put up another 50 and keep them at 49 we will win....sounds pretty Easy to me! ;D ;D :D
SouthPaugh Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 I thought either team would have trouble with Manvel. PNG probably matches up better due to size (and they won). Manvel doesn't have the Willis offense or 3 Top 100 recruits but their defense is a whole lot bigger. Bertrand and that line won't be able to mash like they did tonight. It will take a workman effort by PNG. Still, I think Manvel wins by 10.
19Bulldog99 Posted November 21, 2010 Report Posted November 21, 2010 Dayton vs. LaMarquePNG vs. ManvelThat would have been one heck of a double header.
