Your coach was right!  PNG fans, whether playing at home or on the road, are ALWAYS there in HUGE numbers! The first game I went to, to see PNG play, I was hooked! The intensity of the fans, the drums, cheerleaders, Indianettes, Indian Spirit, and GREAT high school football, I knew then and there I wanted to raise my kids in the PNG district.  I'm not overexaggerating by any means...Saturday night will be an EXPERIENCE that you will witness and see and NEVER forget, when you see the fans of PNG!  BTW, best of luck to BOTH teams. Will be a GREAT game and the winner will have definitely earned and deserved the win.

I have a place on Rayburn. I will be at the game though. I do get cell reception in certain areas. If you have internet you can follow on here or on pngindians.com. I have T-mobile. I don't know were you will be up there. I do get a good reception by the dam and at the Dam liquor store.

I heard that Stallworth Stadium doesn't allow tailgating at the stadium

My brother lives about 1/2 mile from the stadium.......I will already have the smoker going with brisket and beer can chicken (and a few cold beers as well).....maybe we can work something out.....

I am not planning on beer (this is school property) but the rest will be first class. Well OK, maybe I'll sneak away and have 1 or 2!

And it is not true - Manvel has not had many if any games where they could play the bench - he is just yanking chains like some of the SETX regulars - believe me, no bench players played in the 3 manvel games I watched.

8 games out of 12... starters watched from the bench.

Regarding tailgating being allowed at Stallworth Stadium; I'm working tonight with two long time Baytown residents who say that it is allowed but obviously [b]NO ALCOHOL[/b] on school district property. This is not official info but pretty reliable.

Have fun PNG/Manvel fans and a good game to all! Hopefully we can survive to meet the winner next week.

I certainlly understand the alcohol policy and I will abide by it. Just would like to do a little hanging out with some great people! ;)
