I don't know about SETX, but I have the dish network here in the Austin area, and the main FSN channel (416) is showing a NBA game.  I had to scroll up through the 400 channels until I found the LU-UT game listed on one of the alternate sports channels.  It's also playing on one of the ESPN Full Court channels but I'm not paying for that package.
