I saw the kid play way back before he was in junior high and noticed he was something special. his granddad has done a super job coaching him thru little dribblers now hj is benefiting from this and they are using him as they should

The letter has been written, mailed and signed to the UIL. 
I got an endorsement from Rajon Rondo so I am hoping it will help my cause.

Silsbee Has the best Freshman PATRICK REED 6'3 170 plays the 3 an played HJ last year in the 8th Grade we they won by 25 an he could be on varsity but not needed u can see him at 5 pm in games an next year at 7:30 under center for the Tigers an with ball in his hand come B-Ball time

8th Graders can only be brought up in the case that a HS can not field a varsity team.  I think the number is 10 HS players.
Just clarfying, couldnt tell if you were being sacastic or not.

LAZEEK,  why didnt you mention the 3rd grader Sour Lake has that is 4'2,  can dribble behind his back, between his legs and can pick his nose like nobody's business.  Varsity could use him, but they don't have a small enough jersey for him. 8)
