king Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 We are better being a run and gun shooting team its time to move on just like we did with tmac
Guest jhamilton Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 aggree and doubt he can come back and do much but if he could and trade him and get something. They have the two first round picks of the Knicks over the next two years and have some young talent. I think the Rockets are going to make a move during the season.
king Posted December 4, 2010 Author Report Posted December 4, 2010 Defiantly keep Aaron brooks though! Boy we were shooting against Memphis! Chemistry we don't need a superstar
Guest jhamilton Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 My son does not like Kmart bc no defense but I think that is a bad wrap. Geez he is the best shooting guard we have had in a long time. I still trust Rick A and D Morey much so more than any other Houston GM.
king Posted December 4, 2010 Author Report Posted December 4, 2010 I just can't wait till brooks comes back he is my favorite player but i trust morey more then anything when we traded carl landry I was upset. After all it was a good move morey is a.genius though we don't get enough national attention because we have no stars we don't need them were a team!!
Guest jhamilton Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 We just need a big man which is not that easy to get but I hope J Hill can get it done. Just not sure he can score but we have some of the best guards in the league. I could see Morey sending some of the guards packing for a big man.
baddog Posted December 5, 2010 Report Posted December 5, 2010 I like Yao and think he is great. I also think the center position can be handled by a non-scorer who can set picks....a.la. Mark Eaton. If he can score then that is just icing on the cake. Getting a block or two and playing some defense is also nice, but most of all, he needs to be a rebound specialist....a.la. Dennis Rodman. People hated that guy, but dude could flat out rebound. Teams were successful with him, and because of him. I know he was a forward, but still, teams need those rebounds.Just my opinion.
WOSgrad Posted December 16, 2010 Report Posted December 16, 2010 Well, good thing that folks don't think they need Yao, because guess what, ANOTHER STRESS FRACTURE!http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/7342510.html
BRONX ROX Posted December 23, 2010 Report Posted December 23, 2010 Been the Rockets MO for ever..............To little to late ;) Had a chance to get something for YAO last season and now you got damaged goods. Maybe they can pull off a semi-pro trade and atleast get a washed up vet for a player just as good as a washing machine ;D
