fredh Posted February 20, 2006 Report Posted February 20, 2006 Coach Limas who is currently the AD/coach at Coldspring. Coach Mcgrew and Edgar Baker who was hometown products was not considered. They had no AD/head coaching experience in football. I thought playing in the NFL was enough experience.

fredh Posted March 3, 2006 Author Report Posted March 3, 2006 7-5 (6-4 5-2 regular season and 1-1 post season) Lost to Newton in the second round!!! Won their first playoff game in 43 years!!!! Had two all staters!!!! Only losing Montrae Webber (UT) WR, and a couple of lineman. Got QB coming back(almost 2400 yds as a junior). Got the other all state safety coming back. He was also the second leading receiver. He almost had a 1000 yard receiving year. The four regular season losses was to playoff teams. He has the talent!!! If he don't win they will blame him!!!!
jdawg03 Posted March 3, 2006 Report Posted March 3, 2006 dont anyone be fooled thinking Coldspring had no talent on the football field...Im sorry they should have been descent just off of athletic ability, but they werent...the tall kid that plays basketball was getting recruited by Miami
