this sucks... i really thought the rangers might snag him.  that being said, the rangers would've won the division without him last season, and he only went 12-9 last year.  he's a fantastic pitcher, but they have enough young talent that i'm hoping that can make it to the playoffs again next season.

Finally a guy signs with the team/city he and his family felt most comfortable with! And leaves cash on the table. I hate that the Phills get even better, but Cliff Lee moves up on my list of favorite athletes.
