Can someone confirm what days next week this tournament is gonna be held?  On here it says Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday & on HJ's schedule on the district website it says Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.  Please help!

Aggiearewe why is Silsbee wasting their time in the Woodville Tourney? They have beatin Woodville twice and the others teams really pose no threat to win. They should have went to the Gamble Classic or that Tourney with Cleveland and the other high ranked 3A teams.

I received word from Coach Fontenot at East Chambers that Baytown Lee was a last minute dropout of the East Chambers Holiday Classic.  To account for this, Tarkington has been moved from Pool A to Pool B.  Which will change the following:

1.  The only game in Pool A will be the East Chambers/Hamshire-Fannett game at 7:30 p.m. tonight.  THERE WILL BE NO 10:30 GAME FOR EAST CHAMBERS AND NO 3:00 GAME FOR HAMSHIRE-FANNETT.

2.  Orangefield will play Tarkington at 10:30 this morning.  I do not knnow whether the game will be in the Old Gym or New.

3.  Tarkington will play Hitchcock at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Gym.

I should receive further word today on how that will affect the brackets come tomorrow and will post that info as soon as I get it.

how did moving one team out of pool A and leaving it with just two teams into pool B "account"  for anything, why not just leave pool B with two teams and bye the pool B games where the team was dropped from?

Because then you'd have to worry about 2 teams not getting the amount of guaranteed games.  By moving the team, now all they have to worry about is HF not getting the guaranteed games, and they will surely work something out with them.
