Yates vs Findley Prep on ESPN

I know a lot of people on this board wanted to see Yates play and still haven't been able too. They aren't as good as last years team but still are really good and still pressure pressure pressure like always. But they put their winning streak on the line against Findley Prep out of Nevada. They are ranked 4th in the nation. They had to players sign with Texas last year along with a guard on this years team who has also signed to Texas plus another play ranked in ESPN top 100. Should be a great game if you aren't doing anything tonight.

Finley Prep is high school allstar team guys! They have 9 D1 players. They aren't even a real school. They are a traveling high school all star team. They don't compete for state titles only national titles.

Yates plays no other type of defense. no zone D only pressing. this is an example of how the press can get you hurt.

Nope... it hurt tonight. Prep is that much better and this is not last tears Yates.  Especially after losing the top three scorers for the last three years.

Announcer on TV and you on here just made the point I tried to make last year.  When Yates is in these huge blowouts they need to work on other aspects of the game to make themselves better.  They didn;t have anything else to go back on and it cost them.
