Agcat Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 J. Gray is in a class by himself. LaMark had some athletes(speed?), Aledo has some good football TEAM players. LM would be a great 3A team. 5 turnovers is sloppy ball, just proud to be a Bearcat fan for 18 yrs, shoot... the Cowboys could learn somethin from the Cats!

mfbarnes52 Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Without a doubt, Jonathon is the greatest back to touch the ball in Texas High School history. He's unmatched, no one is even in his class. But what I find the most impressive about him is his humbleness. I have listen to many many interviews with him and he NEVER mentions the word "I" or "Me". It's a;ways "We" or "Us". He leads with a humble spirit and great God given ability. Eight touchdowns and 325 yards in a State Championship Game, against one of the fastest defenses in the state. Aledo is a great team and Gray is a big part of it. Just a pleasure to watch.

[/quote]I agree. He is very well spoken and a humble young man, who continuously mentions that his father plays a major role in his life. Wow and only a Jr. in highschool.
liltex Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Coogs played well in the 1st half and Congrads on a very great season. The better team won and played a near perfect game.Gray is a stud as is Wright but that reciever for Aledo caught every catchable pass thrown and I was impressed by Aledo's size/speed.Jonathan Gray is the best junior I've ever seen hands down.I was thinking of what kind of game he'd have returning kick-offs.1 of the best 5 games for 2 qtrs.
