LACK OF RACIAL DIVERSITY IN BISD

How can we get more white kids to play football in BISD?  How do we keep white families/athletes from leaving BISD?

I ask because it seems like, from watching the high school playoffs, that some of the best programs have a large number of white young men playing.  However, when I look at BISD we have 2 4A football programs and 1 5A program.  We have at least 6000 high school students. However, there are probably only 3 or 4 white kids that actually see any significant playing time?

Are non-blacks being discriminated against in BISD athletics?
