Guest Diva Posted October 31, 2006 Report Posted October 31, 2006 I know it is time for him to leave and all, but he was a superb player. It will certainly make my 12 year old son sick because Baggy is his hero! I've got a family member who works for the Astros. Back when they were still in the Dome, my family member gave Baggy my son's Little League Baseball Card that had his picture on it and told him he was his biggest fan. Baggy put my son's card up in his locker and it stayed there for a couple of years...until they moved to MMP. I couldn't even get my son to watch any of the Astros games with me this year because he was so bummed about Baggy not playing.
Morgan Posted October 31, 2006 Report Posted October 31, 2006 shame to see him go........bagwell was prolly my favorite astros player of all time.....he will be missed
WOS95 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 it just seems like yesterday that Bagwell was hitting his first upper deck home run in Pittsburgh back in 1991.
