texans Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Sounds like dayton will give up 5 or 6 touchdowns in a close loss.
Guest Jags Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Gosh i hope your joking. dayton has the best Defense in this area in 4A. Dayton by at least 14, at least.
texans Posted November 1, 2006 Author Report Posted November 1, 2006 Jag im am just going off what is being implied by all the ned experts. By the way Jag good luck to central this week, the mighty Indians will be waiting for that slowwwww #5. Damn I saw him last friday him and # 3 can flyyyyyyyyyy.
Guest 1motime Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Nederalnd will hang with them better than most people think.
Guest GoStangs Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Based on what? They didn't "hang" with Central at all, they barely squeaked past a sub-.500 team last week, and they've been beaten by a team who has only two wins this season. Dayton, on the other hand, has been crushing their district opponents, with the exception being the Central game last week.
jake94 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 I tend to think Nederland will be in this game as well. I have seen some improvement in the defense in the last few weeks and while Dayton is the big favorite, and rightfully so, I do not think this will be a blowout. Ned fell apart at the end of the Vidor game in the last 2 mins., no excuses here, but a game they should not have lost. Mosely played only 2 plays against Central, so I don't think it is fair to use that game as a measuring stick.. His absence had nothing to do with us giving up 63 points, but take any teams main weapon away and the whole team suffers. And, as far as the win last week, I was happy to get it. The Bears were fired up and took it to us for 3 quarters. I am not prediciting a Nederland win, but it would not shock me for us to be close or possibly even win this game. We shall see.. I think we have nothing to lose in this game, Dayton has handled everyone except Central easily in this district. Friendswood beat them and I would say we are fairly comparable to Friendswood.
Monty Miller Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Nederland might be in it for a while but I dont think my old buddy Brevell and crew will be calling this one like they did last week....
Guest PurplePride Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Dont' listen to the smack talk, Nederland.....they want to get us all angry at each other... Let's have a fun Friday night........everyone be safe and have a great time!
NedDog Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Dont' listen to the smack talk' date=' Nederland.....they want to get us all angry at each other... Let's have a fun Friday night........everyone be safe and have a great time![/quote'] I could not agree more.
t-time Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 i hope dayton shows class friday after they win nederland's good but dayton is DOMINATING this district
fbplayer999 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Nederland might be in it for a while but I dont think my old buddy Brevell and crew will be calling this one like they did last week.... So LCM lost because of the refs?
Guest LCM Volleyball Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Well they sure didn't help matters any. Dayton by 28 in this one.
fbplayer999 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 so refs made lcm wideout drop that ball? refs helf Nederland go 85 yards with less than 2 min left? get over it...............
PigskinDiva Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Well they sure didn't help matters any Please tell me that even you are not so delusional as to believe what you wrote.
Guest LCM Volleyball Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 I'm just saying we got screwed on some calls, as usual. We were a dropped pass away from winning that game.
PigskinDiva Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 I'm just saying we got screwed on some calls' date=' as usual. We were a dropped pass away from winning that game.[/quote'] Shoulda, coulda, woulda.... And we were one foot from tying Bay City at the Astrodome in the Quarterfinals a few years ago. Who cares? LCM is amazing in the fact that when they are winning, it's because they are invincible. When you lose, it's because someone "screwed" you. Learn how to win with dignity and then maybe you'll figure out how to lose with it too. Isn't this where you throw in the "Yeah, but we blew out PNG 42-0!" mantra?
Guest LCM Volleyball Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Your right! Go BOJO! LCM 42 PNG 0
GoDogs27 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 typical comeback... I guess they wanted the timekeeper to not run the clock for their WHOLE drive...
Pimp Smack Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Dayton pitches a shutout and Mosley gets held for under 100 yards.
SportsFanatic79 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 I guess others can't stand that Nederland and Dayton are keeping it civil on here. I guess that's why texans made up this thread. Always trying to stir the pot.
bronco1 Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 I guess others can't stand that Nederland and Dayton are keeping it civil on here. I guess that's why texans made up this thread. Always trying to stir the pot. Yeah after I started reading I thought I had clicked the wrong thread. Civil is a good word, I like to read post that use at least a little logic and thought.
New Indian Posted November 2, 2006 Report Posted November 2, 2006 Yeah lcm volleyball will keep up that mantra till next year, we can lose once every 10 years to them i guess
