[/quote]The talked about hotel was a proposal to see if CORPORATE DOLLARS would be interested in building a hotel AND allowing BISD students to use the facilities for a hotel mgmt. program. ::)

What does a football stadium have to do with him....If WB's court gets redone I already have the name..."Butch's Too!" at center court.  :-[

[/quote]Facts like, several contractors were chosen before schools went out for bidding...facts like using minority contractors, by NON minority contractors for a "kick back", wasn't the "teaming up" rule designed to help mentor minority Contractors...( why are we mentoring GC's that are in there 60's or 70's?), but yet they are no where to be seen during construction?...hmmm, somebody's homeboy?

Have you heard of Walker Electric?  Do you really believe he was the low bidder on any of the jobs? We even had an electrician post over the summer that he bid $390K to Walker's $1.2 Mil(no exact, but darn close)...now we are calling it "Over charging of BISD"...oh! and Walker did do the $1.2 mil job...

Please, we'll just end at that... ::)
