Southeast Texas' Tremain Thomas

I just want to give a congrats to Ex - East Chambers player Tremain Thomas (sp) on a great game in the sugar bowl tonight.  Seemed like every big defensive play that was made by the Razorbacks to climb back into the game was made by Thomas.  Though the game was won by Ohio State, this young man played his heart out and really stood out in a game filled with star players.  Keep up the good work, you are representing S.E. Texas well.

I agree.  He played a great game.  It was also nice to watch someone from the smaller classifications playing on a big stage like the Sugar Bowl.

No doubt.... 12 tackles and 2 forced fumbles...  2nd team All SEC as well...
He was the defensive player of the game in the Liberty Bowl last year and would have been the same last night if they could have pulled it off......

He is coming into his own right now.  He is feeling more comfortable and taking control.  He has a legitimate shot at playing at the next level.  Most people do not understand how football intelligent he is - not just a great athlete, but extremely intelligent about coverages, formations, plays, etc.  Wish him the best of luck and a great senior year.
