panther12 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 I do think..liberty is doing good this year..and end up going pretty far ...
PirateHoops Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 I hope that Liberty has success, but as long as Shane Deel is the AD, I have a hard time believing that basketball will ever be allowed to be great. Hope I'm wrong, but don't think that I am.

It seems to me that his heart is some where else. So why not get someone that wants to be in Liberty and can relate to the players.
fireballer75 Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 Wow, you people are clueless!!! It's hard to believe you clowns think his heart is somewhere else, especially since he didn't apply for the Baytown Sterling job. It was Jimmy Dickey who did that! Get your facts straight, before you start making false comments about people!!!!!

bjimbo Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 yeah 21-3a needs to get there mojo back since 22-3a stroked them in football with the exception of this liberty school you speak of
aTmfan06 Posted January 14, 2011 Report Posted January 14, 2011 Yea cleveland and coldspring will take the top two spots... I doubt Liberty even gets the third spot...
UKCats Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 Huffman looks like a lock for the third spot in 22-3A this year. Sorry Liberty
OldTimer Posted January 25, 2011 Report Posted January 25, 2011 Went to the game few days ago and this is my take. Liberty has the same old problem - good players but not working as a team too many individual players to make it work. This has historically been Liberty’s problem. Two years ago they had a coach that had the team playing team ball - and they made the playoffs that year. I really believe that the players this year are better than the ones on the playoff team - just don’t play team ball as well. But Liberty does have a young team so the future may be bright. 8)
