Need help for lefty99

When Adam (lefty99) gets on at work, he's fine.  But when he tries to log on from home, he is getting a message that he is banned!

I have looked at IP's and it doesn't seem to be the problem there.  But maybe I am not looking at the right place, can someone help?

Jordan needs to get involved. I have checked every IP he has used and none of them, as far as I can see, are banned IP's, including his home IP.

I do not understand why he cannot log on from home.

Ive looked a bunch and I don't get it...The only way to fix it is to unban every IP

Adam is wondering if deleting and starting with a new account would do the trick.  But I wanted get input down here before he did that.
