KFDM COOP Posted November 3, 2006 Report Posted November 3, 2006 That could happen again in the State Semi finals. I think Wimberely will beat Cuero in the Quarterfinals.
dme1111 Posted November 3, 2006 Report Posted November 3, 2006 I thinl Southlake would take Hoover. Hoover fell a lot in the rankings after they lost a game to ... I can't remember, some Louisiana powerhouse.
ECBuc08 Posted November 3, 2006 Report Posted November 3, 2006 I would like to see EC take on Newton! I think the Bucs could pull it out!
Guest Diva Posted November 3, 2006 Report Posted November 3, 2006 Diva vs. Newton Broadcaster I'd kick his butt!
Bucster Posted November 3, 2006 Report Posted November 3, 2006 I would like to see EC take on Newton! I think the Bucs could pull it out! That would be a tough game and I have mixed emotions about facing Newton in the first round. If you lose, you're out but if you win, what a confidence builder that would be and a platform from which to reach new heights.
oldcoach Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 BOJO could not compete with MOJO from Odessa. MOJO has been a power house for years, that is why that district is call the Little Southwest Conference.
Guest EagleFan01 Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 Who is BOJO???????? I wouldn't mind seeing Newton beat EC again like we did the last two years!!!!!!
kvilleballa Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 Who is BOJO???????? I wouldn't mind seeing Newton beat EC again like we did the last two years!!!!!! Newton will would get torn off the bone the way they looked against Woodville!!!
Guest EagleFan01 Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 Whatever balla atleast we are going to make the playoffs with ease yall are going to have to scratch and fight yall's way in. We will beat them so I don't wanna hear nothing out of your mouth you guys stuck it up Friday night.....
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 BOJO is Little Cypress-Mauriceville.
SFA85 Posted November 4, 2006 Report Posted November 4, 2006 Euless Trinity vs SLC. They're just 10 min apart......
kvilleballa Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 Kirbyville vs. Wos in a rematch in the playoffs. Boy, want this loom large!!!
KFDM COOP Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 Both teams would have to make it to the 3rd or 4th round. D2 is tough this year.
WOS92 Posted November 5, 2006 Report Posted November 5, 2006 I have to be really honest here - a Kville rematch is the least of our playoff concerns. The first game was a breeze. I know your QB was out. I know you had a starter on D out. I'll give ya a TD to compensate and we only win by 23. WO-S takes it again easily.
Eagletown Posted November 6, 2006 Report Posted November 6, 2006 Hoover and Southlake Carrol... no doubt I agree with that one. In SE TEX I would love to see BH and WOS in a real game and a rematch of Dayton and WOS now that C. Green is to QB for Dayton.
WOS92 Posted November 6, 2006 Report Posted November 6, 2006 So what you're saying is that a WO-S game would be twice as nice to see as a BH game (even though you're from BH). Cool.
WOS92 Posted November 6, 2006 Report Posted November 6, 2006 That would be a great rematch. I'd love to see it. Both teams have improved tremendously since that first week. If we'd only known in Week 0 what a huge game we were watching - probably the two best teams in the area.
Stangs92 Posted November 6, 2006 Report Posted November 6, 2006 BH would get dogged out in a reg season game just like in a scrimmage. Dayton would be a better game, but i think we still take it. This area really cant touch WO-S this year. I would love to see other teams around here whittle their squads down to 25 or 26 players and do what we do on a consistent basis. Meet us in "Da Offs" Its going down!!!!!
WOS92 Posted November 6, 2006 Report Posted November 6, 2006 Yep. At the same time, our teams are that small for a reason. Cut off the fat and dead weight and keep only those who are genuinely hungry, determined and up to the challenge. We may only have 25 players, but at least we know they're all "players." We've played a lot of teams who had 40 kids suited out and only four or five "players." That's why teams like LCM and Lumberton shouldn't be discouraged when players start bailing under a new coach. They should be encouraged. It's purging your program of the losers.
Eagletown Posted November 7, 2006 Report Posted November 7, 2006 So what you're saying is that a WO-S game would be twice as nice to see as a BH game (even though you're from BH). Cool. No that is not what I was saying that is what you would like for me to be saying. Just so happens that WOS was my choice two times. If I had to pick out of them two I would like to see just how bad WOS would be BH in a real game that counted for something.
