texasrm25 Posted January 13, 2011 Report Posted January 13, 2011 Can’t get any bigger than this. Vidor vs. Brenham today 3pm at png stadium. Vidor is the underdog and Brenham the overwhelming favorite but look for the pirates to come out focus and ready to give Brenham a run for their money. This Vidor squad is young, they don’t have any senior leadership or experience but they are loaded with very talented juniors with lots of varsity playing experience. Brenham better bring there A game because if they take the pirates lightly it could be a long 80 minutes for them. Key players to watch for the pirates, Brandon Clayton, Taylor and Tyler Reynolds and Zack Barton, all four were starters on a great pirates squad that reach the second round of the playoffs three seasons ago. Sophomore Jacob Cameron will be a force in the middle and hard to stop one on one. Pirates are led by Coach Matt Wedel who is one of the best soccer coach in south east Texas. Should be a great game today
