Baller3 Posted January 16, 2011 Report Posted January 16, 2011 Ozen Sophomore Dominique Brannon wins Gold in girls High Jump clearing 5ft. 6 in. at the Carl Lewis Invitational held at the University of Houston January 15, 2011. According to ESPN Rise/DyeStat Dominique's unattached performance is ranked tied for US #7 High School girls indoor T & F.

CraigS Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 Just noticed this....first off...Congrats.Obviously 5'-6" is good....where does 5'-3" place amoung the top jumpers....understanding this is an event of inches and 3" could mean the difference of 20 or more places....just curious.

Dyestat, one of the more recognized track and field sources in the country, who was actually on hand covering the meet at which Brannon jumped this height, recognizes 5'1" as a national elite indoor and 5'3" outdoor.
