I've heard tht he is taking Gary Vanya his DC with him to Ennis.

Ennis is one of the highest paying jobs in DFW. Good facilities, but talent is not there for the next couple of years. They were 2-8 last year and I expect similar results this year.  They are 2 years away from being a playoff team IMO
