Quickness is great but unless accompanied by several other skills, plus sufficient basketball intellect, and, last but not least, weight lifting on game days, nothing much will come of it.

I am sure the players and coaches are taking it seriously(then again, maybe not ;)), but we fans do not have to and most likely will not based on the facts.

Blue, I have seen HF play this year. They are no match for Silsbee, you know it and I know it.

It may not be the 60-70 point wins like it has been the last 4-5 years, but the Tigers will win by 30+.

If I was from silsbee I def. wouldn't be worrying about HF ... just because silsbee is way more dominant than HF could even imagine of being!!! But keep dreaming DOVE ... I've always been told to dream big and dove really is dreaming too big!

      I like Newton’s chances here. I’ve watched  videos of Daingerfield what few I could get. Their big Qb scares me a little he looks Ike a good athlete. I think for a change Newton has a little more speed than the Tigers. That Samuel kid for Newton can move., and it goes without saying about Porter. That Hunter kid ain’t bad either. They scared me to death with their pass defense against Edgewood until I saw the video. That Qb for Edgewood can put it on a dime. And, his receivers could catch it. I’m pumped; this is the most fun time of the year for me. Go Eagles.🦅 I have to add this though. I watched the State game between the tigers and Yoe in 2010. Those guys looked like grown men playing as opposed to kids now a days who look like boys.😂 that was a heck of a good game.
