silverstreak Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Have heard comments about how other new coaches have turned things around in programs. Warren has gone from doormat to competitive in district (although not on the level of EC or Hardin) Just sayin
setxsportsfan11 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 I agree about Warren, they have done a good job this year, where is this coach from? Would love to see them go to the playoffs, I believe it has been a long time!
silverstreak Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 From what I hear she is a first year head coach. Don't know where she is from
silverstreak Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 From what I hear she is a first yearhead coach - IDK where she is from

warfan Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 This is her 2nd year to coach. Last year, her first year, she was the Jr. Hi Assistant . She comes from a coaching family and should have the skills. Her dad is the Bridge City girls varsity coach. A team full of seniors has helped this year, the test will come next year. I wish her and the girls the best.
purplehammer73 Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 I think Coach Smith has really done a nice job at Warren and I wish her the best the rest of the way! She is one of the fine up and coming coaches in the area I believe!
