HSB&Rangers Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011
BSER or BCOR ok for 2011 season BCOR only in 2012 High School Label on barrel of bat
Not all BESR are legal for 2011. The simple answer is that if the bat is composite it must be BBCOR with a few exceptions. aluminum BESR bats are legal.
Dayton Transplant Posted January 27, 2011 Report Posted January 27, 2011 You are correct. Forgot about composite. We do not use them, slipped my old mind.
9Doggies Posted February 2, 2011 Report Posted February 2, 2011 At the UT Alumni game 2 home runs were hit during BP by the pros, both just cleared the wall, wind blowing out. The pros were trying real hard to get them out with the new bats. The best ball hit all day was a oppo off the top of the fence by a wooden bat, or a "mother nature god given bat".
baseball10 Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 honestly, the new bats have not much difference, this past weekend we had 3 homeruns with them in our opening series with San Jac. you hit it in the right spot like your suppose to the ball flies off almost the same. makes you a better hitter also.
