I think Roc's fate is pretty much sealed now.  The SLC is extra terrible this year and Lamar may miss the SLC tourney for the third straight year.

This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.If you continually bring on JUCO players cohesiveness is a problem.In todays D-1 world everyone is talented,the difference usually is on the bench.I like Roc but it's time for a change.

It's more than bringing in juco transfers. It is the way his teams respond to his coaching methods. His adjustments or lack there of during the game and at halftime. The way he treats his players and the interaction with other coaches on the staff. They (Lamar) has zero confidence and that is because of they way he pulls them from games not to see the court again.

I like Roc as a person but it is the right time to make a change after this season.
