Stafford???

The Spartans made it to Austin last year out of Region 4 and lost to eventual State Champion Lubbock Estacado 45-40 in the State Semis.  They also lost to Dallas Madison in 2009 in the State Semis.  This year due to realignment they are in Region 3 (where they should be) and are undefeated in their district.........how does this team compare to Silsbee, Cleveland, HJ, Mexia, La Vega, Sweeny, Groesbeck and other teams in Region 3????  They have lost to Cleveland and Sweeny this year!!!

Stafford would not beat Cleveland, HJ or Silsbee.

Cleveland won their tournament earlier this year and beat Stafford by 8.  They were without two starters in that game as well.  I agree with AAW, they would lose to all three.

Winner of the expected HJ/Huffman game would get Stafford.

If they win district they would play HJ in second round (all things remaining the same as they are now in 21).  Then winner of that game would play Cleveland in the quarters.
