There might be better stats from some other players, but no one in the area had a better night than Ramsey. To do what he did against a great defense...he should win this week hands down!!! On the last play of the 1st half, he returned an interception about 105 yds for a TD, but it was called back for a block in the back 20yds behind the ball. Also, Trevan Beaty had 232 yards on 22 carries with three TD's. The two accounted for 589 of the Panther's 661 yards of total offense in a 52-12 win. Bucster Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 From East Chambers OFFENSE Offensive Player of the Week was awarded to Preston Guillory who had 4 receptions for 70 yards and 1 touchdown. He also rushed for 40 yards and 1 touchdown. Tramain Thomas was Back of the Week with 149 passing yards and 1 touchdown. He also rushed for 85 yards and 1 touchdown. Lineman of the Week went to Scott Penny who did a fine job on the offensive line and had 1 reception. DEFENSE Eugene Leday is the Defensive Player of the Game. Eugene had 5 tackles and a recovered fumble. He made several plays on the sweep by taking out lead blockers. Paul Trammell had another great game with 14 tackles (2 for loss).
