Yes sir you are right,you also have to able to coach your team through scoring droughts,not substitute with no offense left on the floor, and wonder why it's not working well.It's a shame district is almost over and we are still trying to find chemistry, which should come from coaching.

WRONG!! The problem was they met up with a Silsbee Tiger team that is hitting there stride. Hope we stride a long way.

I guess you have lost confidence in HJ, we never lose confidence in the Tigers. Win or lose. Thats just how we are. Oh yea, the Tigers have the confidence to win it all, aren't you suppose to heading to the playoffs?

Just a lack of confidence in themselves,none in the coaches decisions when to sub and how and why to sub,He just does not demand that they give him 100%. That should be a reason to pull a player not because of a bad pass or not running the play,Because as we all know B-ball is a game of reaction and ability to make GAME TIME ADJUSTMENTS.Demand more from them,not just run my plays just because i called them.

HF kids need to get on the AAU circuit and play a ton of ball over the summer. They will be a contender for a 3rd seed next year.

coaching fundamentals, all we need is a coach that can inhance the fundementals of the players coming back,not just let the talent go to waste.  if we could inhance what we have the rewards would be suprising,because the talent is there just needs to be inhanced .the potential is there, but potential has never won anything.
