How was HF/WOS playin decided

I read something on another thread.........something that said that HF and WOS were tied, but that HF beat WOS both times.......so that is how it would have been broken.

That's right.  A playoff is only necessary if the teams would have split the two district games.  Since H-F swept those games, they get the spot.

DOES THIS APPLY TO TAPPS ALSO?  KELLY IS TIED FOR THE THIRD SPOT WITH HOUSTON CHRISTIAN AND THEY SPLIT THE TWO DISTRICT GAMES.
