BMTSoulja1 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011
At PNG
Since I know this, PN-G wins!
atb63 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 BMTSoulja1, I agree with you.Since the game is at PNG, I am picking PNG.
Lazeek Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 If Vidor defeats PNG and Livingston in their final two games they advance to the playoffs as the #4 seed..............who would have thunk it? ;D ;D ;D

I thought they were poised to win district? oh wait.. :D ;DFor this game, I think PN-G will win at home, but it will be a close game
Lazeek Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 I was just referring to their terrible start to district!!!
CThoops Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 I caught on ;) I was just taking one last jab at Vidor.. All in good fun
atb63 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 Well, for Vidor, at least they are still in playoff contention this late in the season.Win and you're in, so they have some motivation and incentive to win.I don't remember, but, did PNG beat Vidor at Vidor?
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 PN-G lost @ Vidor 61-52 in the first half of district...
ForeverADog Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 PNG in a close one at home. Just think if Vidor had a decent non district schedule the could be adjusted to better teams and had a decent start to district.
atb63 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 Thanks BMTSoulja1.This should be a good one. However, I am going with PNG because of homecourt advantage. However, Vidor could pull the upset, if you can call it an upset. Anything can happen.Foul trouble, injury, or someone unexpected gets hot and scores a lot of points.
Stang Hoops Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 ::)Yeah if Vidor had only played Silsbee, PA Memorial, West Brook, Galveston Ball, and Yates they would be District Champs! ::)Good luck Vidor...Keep the Faith! "All for One, One for All"
NHS83LU87 Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 PNG wins a close one due to it being at home. Especially, if they have the short white ref that called the Ned @ PNG game or Central @ PNG game. :P

He was by far the worst ref we had all year. I would scratch him from any future games based on that game.
Honest Abe Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 Is that guy a PNG grad or what? It is obvious that he calls in their favor. If the Vidor coach reads theses remarks, maybe he'll scratch him before it's too late.
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 Although I want so badly to join this topic, I will just say NO COMMENT... :-X :-X ;D ;D
Honest Abe Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 So...BOTH games were played at The Reservation, BOTH games had the same ref officiate, BOTH games won by two points on a last second shot. I don't want to take anything away from how well the kids played in these games, but one has to wonder why BOTH games were so much closer AT PN-G. Dawgs and Jags won by more than ten at home. Someone needs to investigate this guy.
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 Actually, we play PN-G at Central next week...
