The officials actually let the boys play for a change. i know I will probably catch flak from Broaddus fans but quite frankly I don't care. Both point guards (#24 for Broaddus and Weatherspoon for West Sabine) fouled out. West Sabine takes District 24 for the fifth year in a row!

The dedication ceremony of the gym floor was very nice. Many of Coach Whittons former players were in attendance. It was also made mention of former Broaddus coach of 3 state championships Marion Neal, he was on the front right next to the court where he has been a fixture at Broaddus games since the 60's. Congrats to the Tigers on the win.
