Guest Ranger83 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 Most have established guilelines and all expenditures are to be approved by the members of the booster club. If you have questions, pay your membership dues and find out where the money goes.

Guest Ranger83 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 You can ask all the questions you want. If you want to find the answers, pay your $5 to be a member and request a Treasurer's Report. You can probably get the information even if you are not a member.

Guest Ranger83 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 That depends on how your school has set their Booster Clubs up. At GCM we have one booster club that covers all the sports. At Sterling, they have individual booster clubs for each sport. We dispurse all funds at the end of the school year based on the number of athletes in your program. Let's say $14/athlete. The bigger your numbers, the more money you get. (which in my opinion is very fair)All requests for additional funds during the year must be approved by the booster club members during a General meeting.
