Guest bleed orange Posted November 7, 2006 Report Posted November 7, 2006 The win was not pretty but it is still a win. You have to give Central some credit, they are very athletic. They will do very well in their district. The officating was not very good for both teams. I was a little disapointed because those guys have been around for a while. They let the game get out of hand at times. This is not the WNBA, its high school. Call the game the way it is supposed to be called. It looked like a free for all at times. If you don't call the game the way it is supposed to be called, you are teaching our youth bad habbits. Like walking and traveling and mugging. I am very disappointed in the basketball chapter. They seem to want to get the game over with and get their money.

Lots of ugly shots, ugly turnovers, etc. As bleed said, the officiating had a lot to do with contributing to the ugliness. When OF gets out of volleyball mode, and gets some shooting time in their offense will catch up with their defense. They will be very difficult to beat then.
