Sorry Dove, people on here have been trying to tell you and I guess you have not been listening. It's not the coach! Don't care whos on the list, you want even get the best on the list, once they here the words.universallllllllllllllllllllllllll off-seasonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. You don't and can't understand it though, unless you have dealt w it before. Progress comes to a screetching halt. You can talk AAU til the cows come home! There is no teaching in the AAU circuit, just playingggggggggggggggggggggggg, and some smooozing for a kid or 2. Cant wait to hear this rebuttle!!!!!!!

yes they surely could have. they were in alot of close games with the 2 top dogs of the district but just couldnt pull neither one off

[/quote]  ??? I'm listening.. I hear you but not quite sure here  because you've jumped on several topics in one breath. There is a lot of weight training going on at HF, I agree. Sounds like too much during the season. Looking at the kid's skill set, they need to be in the gym working on basketball. My 9th grader was coming home and his body was sore and used up from weight training, basketball practice, games, etc, etc.

Pretty common between Silsbee/Kountze since there's lots of family members between the two. We're going to be fine either way but a nice, positive "addition" wouldn't hurt either!  ;)

I liked the Haynes/Holmes "trade" from last summer.  :D :D
