LamarStatesports Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 Three members of the Lamar State College-Port Arthur men's basketball team are on the All-Conference honors list released today at the Region XIV Tournament in Tyler, where the Seahawks are preparing to play in the conference championship game.Sophomore guards Keenen Coleman and Vonn Jones were named to the All-Conference third team, while sophomore forward Roman Vaughn is on the All-Conference Honorable Mention list.All three players set Lamar State records this year. Coleman is the Seahawks' single-game and two-year career scoring leader. Jones now owns the single-season and career assists record. Vaughn broke George Williamson's single-season scoring record.Jones was on the 2010 Honorable mention list.
