oldollie Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 So if a school has a guy on their staff who they want to hire, there should be no interviews? By interviewing other coaches the school may find a coach that would be better, or they may be more sure the guy on their staff is the right guy. Having these interviews are never a waste of time for the school or the guys being interviewed even if they don't get the job. Just my opinion.
