My understanding was that his was a single and an error on the throw.  I also understand that the E6 was actually scored a hit.

Hagler did not pitch.  Started Armstrong, followed by the freshman Foshee with Maxwell coming in to close.

Tip my hat to the Pirates. Dogs jump out 4-0, but a huge 7 run inning dooms the Dogs. Bubba Maxwell of Vidor had a heck of a game, error free at SS and closed the game for the save.
