neches river bass tournaments

the neches river bass association thursday evening tournaments are coming up soon startin april 7. i was just trying to see who was in to see how many people might be goin?

I fished those for years and may check them out again this year.The salt water barrier cut me off my water but I may go look down south.What time do they leave out and weigh in now and whats the entry fee???/

the water is REAL SALTY, but you can destroy some crank baits with the red fish that are in there right now

are the redfish all the way to the barrier at bigner?

went fishing the neches a few weeks ago... tons of bass, but no keepers... i heard that 2-3 14 inchers often wins these things... is that true?

Yep thats true, just hard to find those 14 inches or above.  Took my son out yesterday above the saltwater barrier and caught a couple but nothing above 14.

Yes sir and specks and flounder as well, no need to make a long drive you can get em in the Neches River
