bullets13 Posted March 19, 2011 Report Posted March 19, 2011 Reports are Tristan Thompson AND Jordan Hamilton will not enter the draft, but will return next year. Can you say favorites for the national championship?

Can you say favorites for the national championship?[/quote]lets start with winning the conference championship and tournament out-right first next year. We all know UT can be bi-polar sometimes. I will have them in my top 3 next yr though
ForeverADog Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 Bipolar because of their coach. Not a Rick Barnes fan at all. But he brings in the best talent. I hope they get it done and everyone comes back.
bullets13 Posted March 20, 2011 Author Report Posted March 20, 2011 if they have Joseph, Hamilton, Brown, and Thomas come back, plus a recruiting class including a PG grading out at 98, two shooting guards grading out at 95 and 94, and a power forward grading out at 95, i like their chances.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 Barnes is not a bad coach. he was good at Clemson before he got to UT. If any other coach was at UT coaching the bball team we would probably be talking about him being fired.
aTmfan06 Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 He has done a great job recruiting... Next year is when it comes togather for the Longhorns!

The Cook Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 I don't believe for a minute that all of them will return.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted March 22, 2011 Report Posted March 22, 2011 I know for a fact Tristan is coming back to play with Myck (future Longhorn PG).....I dont believe for a second Jordan Hamilton will come back.

CThoops Posted March 23, 2011 Report Posted March 23, 2011 Texas will have plenty of fire power without Hamilton ;) Thompson needs to come back for another year.. He is the key
whsalum Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 Texas had some solid players but they aren't NBA ready,if they declare it will be a mistake.

Came out too early. One finally made it somewhere overseas after being dissed by the NBA and the other was cut from a NBA team and I think is in the D-League now. Both came out too early and listening to the wrong people.
whsalum Posted April 3, 2011 Report Posted April 3, 2011 Amen. The potential for these kids is unreal but they need to mature phsically and mentally to be successful in the NBA.
