Anthony Decello will be the next boys head basketball coach at HF.

He is currently the head girls coach at Tyler Lee. Was at Kountze a couple of years ago as their girls head coach.

No, no, no.  You got it all wrong.  These reason a coach hasn't been named yet is that Price is waiting to see if WO-S will hire Cornel Thompson as it's next football coach.  If they do not, my understanding is that he is Price's choice for this position.
