With Rape on the mound, I would say Waller is as good as Magnolia or Montgomery, but without him, I would have to say they are at the bottom of the district. In otherwords, [b]if[/b] Waller makes the playoffs, you deffinatly want a 3 game series against them. (Even though I think the playoffs should all be a series, without an option for a single game)
