Get this, Louisiana Tech has never had a sellout at their stadium, even when they hosted Mississippi State a few years back. Less than 25K showed up for a home game against an SEC opponent.

FWIW, North Texas has ever sold out a home game.  Closest was 29,439+ (cap. 30,500) for a home game against Baylor early in either '03.  UNT won 52-14.
