BOHICA5581 Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 Looks like it will come down to GCM and Crosby for the district..... Just hoping for one of the other district scrubs to knock GCM off just one more time. Come on guys step-up.....District Standings: GCM 8 1 Lee 7 2 Crosby 6 3 Barbers Hill 6 3 Dayton 4 5 Galena Park 4 5King 1 8North Forest 0 9
WhatHappened? Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 district scrubs? that is appropriate. How does it look like it is down to GCM and Crosby. Lee is in 2nd?
geedad Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 I LOVE YOU WAY OF THINKING BURK......Go Ganders....
BOHICA5581 Posted April 14, 2011 Author Report Posted April 14, 2011 BH is the biggest factor here. If they can takeout GCM then the door is wide open for the COOGS to repeat as 19-4A district champs with an identical district record as last year.
BOHICA5581 Posted April 14, 2011 Author Report Posted April 14, 2011 The good thing is is that if it ends in a three way tie or four way tie for district then Crosby holds the tie-breakers. The tie breaker in this situation is we are outside the city limits of Baytown / We do not live on a salt dome / Crosby has an Applebee's / and of course has the best looking and most athletic athletes. Thought you'd like that one Price....

The best game Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 I look for GCM to take it and Lee and Crosby to fight over 2nd. Will Wiggins get flexible will his rotation or stay as is?? Think I know the answer as leopards can't change their spots.
geedad Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 Well the way it looks is Lee vs GCM game will be a match up of two of my favorite pitchers...Seeley vs Martinez....
geedad Posted April 15, 2011 Report Posted April 15, 2011 I no think so Mr.Titan........Baytown Lee wins district.....
geedad Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 Hey I have to give it to you....say thank you Lee...Ganders went in with that we r gonna win with no problem attitude and played real bad baseball today and got a thanks for coming from Dayton....
BOHICA5581 Posted April 16, 2011 Author Report Posted April 16, 2011 Here are the current Standings. Not too surprising to see Crosby charge back and be in control if GCM falters one more time. Although unlikely, but second is not so bad in this three team district...District Standings: GCM 9 1 Lee 7 3 Crosby 7 3 Barbers Hill 7 3 Dayton 5 5 Galena Park 4 6King 1 9North Forest 0 10
ragarm55 Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 So many one dominant pitcher teams in this District...If all coaches stay on present rotation courses, it's going to be very difficult to predict a winner till the last week...and then, anything might happen. You have to like GCM's chances. Two up w/ four to play. Be very interesting to see if any coach takes a chance on stretching No. 1's rest time, or pitch counts. Probably won't happen with the senior No. 1's, with all the scouts hanging around. Tuesday and Friday starts are probably out of the question...but Friday/Tuesday starts? That's about 4 days rest...A good possibility. To most coaches, District Championships are great...but they take a back seat to the Playoffs and a chance to get to Round Rock. JMOIt's time...Bring it on...Gitter done!!!
Guest Ranger83 Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 GCM boasts 2 legitimate starters:M. Martinez (4-0) in district with a 0.66 ERAC. Czerwonka (4-1) in district with a 1.32 ERAI like our chances.
ragarm55 Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 And the reason that it's easy to pick GCM...It's time...Bring it on...Gitter done!!!
BOHICA5581 Posted April 16, 2011 Author Report Posted April 16, 2011 You forget the important factor..Home field advantage you jackhole. Crosby now holds that with one GCM slip-up. Although , unlikely I do like Crosby's chance to make a run at district....
geedad Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 Come on stop drinking....your own people at the lair don't like u and your smart butt mouth but hey if it works rut-roe all u want..where do u get Crosby in second last time I remember 7-3 and 7-3 are the same record and we won one against your ace Jeremy and yall won one with our #2 with a bad hammie....Let me know about the #3 pitching machine you were talking about...he is pretty good ain't he.So enjoy 3rd for the time being.Have fun and in the end don't be afraid to log on and join in on the play-off board ...Kingwood Park 2010 19-4a district champs....
BOHICA5581 Posted April 17, 2011 Author Report Posted April 17, 2011 Excuses it what we all expect from the lady ganders. As far as district, if you look Crosby was bi-distrist champs and has their destiny in their own hands this year with a GCM loss. RUT-ROE..BABY, By the way bring your fans, we invite them to the COOGS Lair....
BOHICA5581 Posted April 19, 2011 Author Report Posted April 19, 2011 Gabby's on the bump tonight for Crosby vs Galena Park. Anyone know who GP is throwing and GCM throwing as well?????
