Guest beechnut
Think they are about to take off in the central? Berkman is having a huge year and looking pretty good this year so far. Would you pay Pujos the money he wants?

CThoops
If im the Cardinals Owner, I pay Pujols whatever amount he asks. He sells tickets and gets media coverage better than any other player
BOSoxfan4life
Cardinals need to structure a deal for Pujols for $15 million for the next 20 years. You must look at how much they are paying Holliday already. Spread the contract over several years. Cardinals might be in a good place to drive the price down. Who that has money needs a first baseman? Red Sox locked Gonzales up, Yanks have Tex. I cant see either of those 2 having him as a DH.Cubs? Angels? Rangers? PhatMack19
I say they get LaRussa's daughter to come do some promotions and raise some money to keep Pujols. ;D I would pay to see her. Good job Tony!http://guyism.com/sports/tony-larussas-daughter-bianca-is-now-a-hot-nfl-cheerleader.html?amp&
