Not sure when they were on Fri/Sat, but last year it was on Mon/Tue just like this year.

When i ran in the 80's and the last regional's I attened in 2007 @ Sam St. was held on Fri & Sat

When /Why are the regional's meets are existence held on Mon. & Tues.? In the noncurrent they were held on Fri. & Sat.
