BMTbball09 Posted May 2, 2011 Author Report Posted May 2, 2011 We usually cap it at 15, only because a majority of the kids are younger. If any high schooler wants to participate, i usually just allow them to help the instructors. That way it is free for them, but they still get to take in all the information. If any HS kids are interested in doing this, just let me know, [email protected] . We can always use the extra help.Jason
BMTbball09 Posted May 2, 2011 Author Report Posted May 2, 2011 Ages are 4-15, just realized i forgot to post it at the top.
BMTbball09 Posted May 5, 2011 Author Report Posted May 5, 2011 Family Discount Explanation: First child is full price.additional sibling prices: $50 for 1 camp & $75 for both camps.
puddin tane Posted May 6, 2011 Report Posted May 6, 2011 coincides with lu baseball camp (which coincides with lu football camp) ???
coachdaddy Posted May 10, 2011 Report Posted May 10, 2011 Well I let they boy decide. He chose Lamar football camp, and Ford park baseball camp. He has really enjoyed the camps that Jason has put together. We put a cage in at the house this spring and every time he hits the machine we yell "FREE TEE SHIRT!"
BMTbball09 Posted May 10, 2011 Author Report Posted May 10, 2011 kids will do anything for a free t-shirt. We are going to do more out on the fields this summer too, so we can cover everything. We will also play some simulated ragball games at the end of each day so we can see the kids in game action.
BMTbball09 Posted May 23, 2011 Author Report Posted May 23, 2011 Reminder that anyone participating in either camp, can hit off our token machines for free for the entire month of June.
alwayssomethin Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 What about a softball camp? Have a 13yr old that I would send.
BMTbball09 Posted May 24, 2011 Author Report Posted May 24, 2011 She is definately welcome. About the only thing we won't cover, would be softball pitching. I think softball players would still benefit from the fielding, baserunning, hitting and throwing mechanic drills. My sister played college softball & is the Bridge City Head coach, so i will probably try to get her out there too.thanks.J
