Nederland in 3

I was very impressed with the depth of the Nederland pitching staff and the way they battled without their #1 & #2.  I will say that if they hit like they did this weekend it will be a short series.  Time to hit the cages and find our sticks!

  Kirkland (Baylor) and Green (Arkansas) should dominate on a regular night. Both have 90 capacity with decent hammer, especially Kirkland's.
  Seen both, Dog's sticks will have to step it up with pitching they are not accustom to.
  SS Wendell is a legit hitter, the team has power in the 1-6 sots in the line up. Have to also give Westmoreland the edge bringing in 5oo career wins.
  Magnolia can have defensive lapses, so won't have to wait long to see what happens.

Yes, your son's "rumor" ended up being correct, but after he retracted it saying he was playing, then changed his mind again saying he was out.  No one knows but his Dr. and hopefully we will find out something in the next few days.

He was just the messenger and was shot ........repeatedly. Jump on Magnolia early, cuz you don't want a pitching dual against them.  (Atleast I wouldn't recommend it)

I said Nederland in 3, but wouldn't be surprised if Magnolia wins it in 3.  You have to jump on Magnolia early.  If Nederland slacks off at all, Magnolia has the pitching to hold a lead.  I say atleast one of the games goes extra innings.
