Chester86 Posted May 21, 2011 Report Posted May 21, 2011 I heard something at practice this morning that a player was hurt at the Bridge City Senior League park, can anyone confirm this? I'd like to send prayers out to the player and his family. We heard that he was life-flighted from the field. Sports is always a game of chance, and has an element of danger, but you sure hate to hear this. I would just like to hear if this is true, or simply a rumor.
LilBobcatMom Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 Any updates on the player? It all happened during my daughter's tball game this morning. Haven't heard anything since then. My thoughts and prayers are with the player and his family.

The report said the player was knocked unconscious, and that he remained like that for quite some time. He was flown to Galveston, and that early reports were he would be fine. This is just information gathered from the news. Prayers to the young man, and his family from the Beans.

alwayssomethin Posted May 23, 2011 Report Posted May 23, 2011 Was told by a parent that was at the park that he suffered a severe concussion and was life flighted as a precaution. They were gonna keep him over night for observation and he was suppose to have been released yesterday.
