Will New State Budget Cuts Hurt Young Coaches ????

Lot's of changes coming in the educational field.Gonna be a nightmare for not only administrators but for established coaches as well.Why in the world would these young bright kids pick this field when they are gonna be forced to coach sports they don't want and teach in fields they don't choose????

[/quote]These young guys go in to coaching and teaching to work with kids but they also all have sports they specialize in and teaching fields as well.That could be a thing of the past with this new budget.Alot of these guys will choose other fields and you can't blame them.

I fully agree, but don't think for a moment "other fields" are immune to budgetary challenges. Private industry and private business is CONSTANTLY asking employees to do more, with less pay. That trend is just getting started, count on it!  :o
