Zack Sonnier has caught a pass, completed a pass, intercepted a pass and ran for a touchdown tonight.  I think he will get an MVP award.

East Off MVP: Zack Sonnier (Little Cypress-Mauriceville)
East Def. MVP - Wilson Washington (West Orange-Stark)

Cody Cummings rushes for 13 yards, but the West stalls with Wilson Washington (West Orange-Stark) breaking up the pass on 3rd down forcing the West to punt.

Aaron Breed is apparently causing a lot of havoc on defense.

Did Brennan Doty not play in this?

Nope, heading to the University of Oregon as a preferred walk-on and didn't want to mess that up.

Great Game Guys!  I had a blast watching this one.  I loved how the East boys seemed to all bond together as if they had been playing together for awhile.

Anyone catch Coach Long's halftime interview.  Asked about trick plays by the East, "We worked on REAL football for this game" Any thoughts?

Sour grapes no question, Neumann said in the PA News, Salenga took off on his own... suck it up, kid made a play.  Fact is the East was a little lighter and looser, they made plays, that's what an all-star game is about.
